I LOVED the spacious and comfy room with a stunning view! The Max Arena downstairs was an absolute blast, and even the casino bathrooms were a pleasant surprise! Plus, the friendly staff at the cafe made up for the slow service with their warmth.

Totally recommend! ❤️😊

The casino has plenty of gaming options and a fun atmosphere with live performances. The wait times for elevators were frustrating during peak hours. I'd recommend the entertainment options like bowling and live music events.

The bowling alley was fun and kept my family entertained. Check-in was chaotic, and the elevators were often out of service.

The Grand Sierra Resort offers a fantastic range of activities beyond gambling, like bowling and an escape room, providing fun alternatives for families. The convenience of on-site dining—including a café and Starbucks—makes it easy to grab meals, although they can be pricey. A large fridge in the room is a thoughtful touch!

comfortable room, convenient location with a great city view from the upper floor at night and easy access to various dining options on the premises.

For us it was ideal.

The room was spacious and well-designed, featuring large windows that showcased a stunning mountain view from the 26th floor. Temperature control was effective. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights. Unfortunately, some furniture showed wear and the TV was hung crookedly. The mini fridge took up valuable walking space, leading to repeated stubbing of toes. While maintenance was quick to respond to a toilet issue, other amenities like the ice machine were broken. The atmosphere felt safe and inviting, but accessibility was hindered by non-functioning elevators during busy times.

I loved that everything was within a short stroll, like the Ultimate Rush Speed and Thrill Park, just a few steps away, and the National Automobile Museum and Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts, both under 3 km, made for enjoyable outings. The vibrant atmosphere of the nearby casinos, along with convenient dining options like Charlie Palmer Steak and Starbucks, really enhanced my stay, allowing for plenty of exploration right outside my door. The rooms were comfy and well-furnished, but I did notice that the amenities could use some attention.

I was really frustrated with the check-in process. We couldn’t get into our rooms until almost 11 PM, despite arriving at 7. They kept saying they were “almost ready,” but the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. It was a mess!

Spacious and clean rooms with incredibly comfortable beds. The casino consistently pays out well. my recent experience was marred by understaffing. Multiple restaurants were closed, and service was frustratingly slow. The hot tub was disappointingly lukewarm, and water temperature issues plagued our showers. Check-in was a hassle, with rooms not ready for hours, and unclear communication regarding parking options. On the bright side, the bell staff was accommodating, and the food varied from excellent to average. The staff, when available, were friendly and helpful. The facility’s grandeur is undeniable, but focused management on staffing is essential. I left feeling conflicted, pondering if a return is worthwhile.

The beds were really comfy and the pillows were super nice. The staff went out of their way to help us with everything we needed.

It wasn’t cheap, but the experience was still reasonable for what we got.

Watched multiple football teams on a huge LED wall at the swanky casino bar while sipping cocktails. Enjoyed delicious American favorites at the 50's style diner. Relaxed at the Pool all year round.

My view of an empty glass outside my door for two days was just a lovely touch.

The mountain view from the high floor is unbeatable. The casino is clean and the staff keeps things cheerful.

Our room was missing a microwave and we had to wait till the next day to get one.

Two comfortable queen beds with plenty of pillows made for a restful night. Watching The Killers perform just steps away was fantastic—the theater had great views even from the middle! A dusty room with unwashed towels didn't feel right. Valet parking wasn't an option due to our luggage rack, and the staff seemed confused by our concerns. There were some highlights, but definitely room for improvement in service and cleanliness.

Betting on games was sick fun with the William Hill app , we could even do it on the move from anywhere in Nevada. The range of casino games was insane , so many options to play and win big!

We wished they had more late, night party events for us teens to keep the vibes going strong.

Xmas stay was festive and fun. Enjoyed the spacious and beautifully designed rooms. The easy accessibility to the concert venue was a major bonus, making it convenient for entertainment. The Una Mas restaurant provided a delightful dining experience and excellent service, adding to the overall enjoyment of the visit.

Check-out process was slow due to limited staff, causing a delay in leaving. Service at the café was slow as well because there was only one person handling all tasks.

Stayed on the adult-only floor after Burning Man, room great for entertaining with a bar setup. Open and welcoming for guests from everywhere, good vibes. Room spacious, clean, suitable for groups.

Rooms need TLC, with beat-up furniture and cleanliness issues. Staff lacked assistance with key cards and gambling basics.

We had a blast at the full, service sports book, where my 6, year, old placed his first bet on a football game using the William Hill Mobile Sports app. The range of casino games kept the whole family entertained with poker, slots, and more!

My wife says that more kid, friendly food options would be great.

we had a fantastic stay at grand sierra resort and casino. the room was spacious and comfortable, and despite facing the freeway, it was quiet. the asian themed restaurant on site served delicious food at reasonable prices. the casino floor was bustling but easy to navigate, and we appreciated the variety of activities for families, including bowling, games, and a movie theater. the friendly staff provided helpful suggestions for keeping our daughter entertained.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like ☺️

The Grand Sierra Resort had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday retreat. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and helpful staff. The spa experience, including couples massage and pedicures, was absolutely incredible. The private cabana at the beautiful pool, complete with food and beverage service, was well worth the price. The variety of dining options on-site exceeded our expectations, and we only ventured off-property for one meal. The Escape rooms were a highlight, and the casino provided entertainment for both table game enthusiasts and slot players.

It would have been more convenient to have a mini fridge in the room for storing snacks and drinks. The breakfast buffet was quite expensive, and having a fridge would have allowed us to reduce that cost by bringing our own food.

The room was equipped with a coffee maker and tea facilities, which was a nice touch for starting the day. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. Unfortunately, we did encounter some issues with the bathtub in our room. The jetted tub did not work properly, which was disappointing as we had been looking forward to a relaxing soak. we found the selection of free toiletries provided to be lacking, and it would have been nice to have access to a hair dryer in the room. the room was equipped with an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV with cable/satellite television, providing entertainment options for downtime. The carpeted floors were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the room. In terms of services, we made use of the room service during our stay, which was convenient and the staff was prompt in their service. we did encounter some challenges with valet parking, as it was difficult to maneuver large suitcases around the hotel without assistance.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the prompt room service and the quick check-in process. However, I found it frustrating that there were limited restaurant options open late at night. I’ll recommend this hotel.
